# Editing Tasks

To edit a task, follow the steps below:

Only the creator of the task, the assigned party, and the CRM owner can edit tasks.

#### Edit Task

1. Navigate to side menu **“List”**.
2. Locate the task you want to edit and click the **“View”** icon.<br>

#### Amend Necessary Fields

1. Make the required changes.
2. Click **“Save”**.\

#### No Permissions to Edit

1. Only the creator of the task, the assigned party, and the CRM owner can edit tasks.
2. Otherwise, you will not be able to edit the task. \
