In the Live Chat settings, you have the option to embed the code provided by your live chat provider. This allows clients to initiate and engage in live chat conversations with you directly from the CRM client portal.
To set up the Live Chat settings, follow these steps:
Click the "Edit" icon.
Enable the Live Chat feature by clicking the "Enable" button.
Paste the embed code provided by your live chat provider.
Click "Save" to save the changes.
Once you have set up the Live Chat settings, your clients can easily initiate a chat with you by clicking on the Live Chat icon within the CRM Client Portal. This provides a convenient way for them to communicate with you in real-time.
