Editing Client Group Name & Description

To amend the client group's name and description, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Client Group.

  2. Find the Client Group you wish to amend and click the "Edit" icon.

Permission Settings for Client Group

To configure CRM client portal permissions for each client group, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the specific client group for which you wish to set permissions.

  2. Click on the "View Permissions" icon, and a list of available permissions will be shown.

  3. Click on the "Edit" icon.

  4. Select the desired permissions you want to assign to the client group.

  5. Finally, click on the "Save" icon to save the changes.

Advanced Permission Settings

There are advanced permission settings available that allow you to further customize access for specific modules within the CRM:

Report Time Range
  1. This setting applies to modules such as Funds, Client's Report, Commission, Client's Requests, and Reports.

  2. By default, the time range is set as unlimited, meaning clients can view all historical data.

  3. You have the option to restrict the historical data viewable by clients. For example, you can set it to 3 months, allowing clients to view data within the last 3 months only.

  4. To set the report time range:

    • Click on "Time Range."

    • Select either "No Limit" or "Customize."

    • If you choose "Customize," specify the time range in weeks or months.

    • Click "Confirm."

Number of Downline Levels
  1. This setting applies to modules such as My Clients, Client's Report, and Client's Requests.

  2. You can set a restriction on the number of levels of downlines that IBs can view.

  3. To configure the number of downlines:

    • Click on "Viewable Data Range."

    • Select either "No Limit" or enter the maximum number of levels that can be viewed.

    • Click "Confirm."
