You can suspend a client’s CRM account to prevent them from logging in, while still retaining their information in the system. This is useful for temporary deactivation without deleting data.
To suspend a client, follow the steps below:

Suspend via Clients Page
Navigate to the "Clients" tab.
Locate the client you wish to suspend and click the "Suspend" icon.
A confirmation popup will appear. Click "Suspend" to proceed.

Suspend via Client Details Page
Locate the client you want to suspend and click the "View" icon.
Click "Actions" and select "Suspend".
A confirmation popup will appear. Click "Suspend" to finalize.

After Suspension
Once suspended, the client will not be able to log in to their CRM account.
If they attempt to log in, they will see an error message:
"Account suspended"

Unsuspend Account
To unsuspend a client’s account, simply follow the same steps as suspending—either from the Clients page or Client Details page—and click the Unsuspend option when available.
