To disable a user, follow these steps:
Locate the user you want to disable from the user list.
Click on the "Disable" icon associated with that user.
A popup notification will appear, asking you to confirm the action. Click on "Confirm" to proceed with disabling the user.
The user will now be disabled, and if they attempt to log in to the CRM Back Office Portal, they will receive a popup notification informing them that their account has been suspended.
To re-enable the user's account, you can click on the "Filter" icon and search for suspended accounts.
Locate the suspended account of the user you want to enable and click the "Enable" icon to enable the account.
A popup notification will appear, asking you to confirm the action. Click on "Confirm" to proceed to re-enable the user.
The user's account will be re-enabled, allowing them to log in again.
