To reset the password for a user, follow these steps:
Locate the user for whom you want to reset the password from the user list.
Click on the "Reset Password" icon associated with that user.
Enter a new password in the designated field and confirm it by entering it again.
If you want the user to change the password upon their first login to the CRM Back Office Portal, select the option "Force User to Update Password."
If you want to notify the user via email about their new password, select the option "Send Notification to Back office User."
Finally, click on the "Confirm" button to initiate the password reset process.
