To ensure seamless connectivity between your CRM and the trading platform, you have the option to restart the trading platform gateway. This step allows you to address any potential connectivity issues and optimize the performance and reliability of the connection.
To restart the gateway, follow these steps:
Locate the trading platform for which you want to restart gateway for and click on the "..." icon.
Select "Restart Gateway" from the menu.
The gateway for the selected trading platform will be restarted promptly.
The downtime during the restart process is minimal, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity between your CRM and the trading platform.
