# SumSub Verification

You can use SumSub to authenticate client documents via the CRM (please refer to this section for more details: [SumSub Settings](/crm-back-office-user-guide-abridged/17.-settings/client-portal-kyc-settings/sumsub-settings.md)).

### <mark style="color:red;">1)   For New Clients</mark>

You will be able to verify the documents when clients submit the following requests:&#x20;

1. KYC
2. Trader Registration - if KYC is required upon registration (please refer to this section for more details: [Registration Process Settings](/crm-back-office-user-guide-abridged/17.-settings/client-portal-login-registration-settings/registration-process-settings.md)).

When brokers are reviewing deposit or withdrawal requests, they will be able to see the following:&#x20;

* SumSub Verification Results&#x20;
* Document Verification
