SumSub Verification

This is an abridged version of the user guide, highlighting essential features. To access the full version with detailed steps, kindly reach out to your dedicated Account Manager.

You can use SumSub to authenticate client documents via the CRM (please refer to this section for more details: SumSub Settings).

1) For New Clients

You will be able to verify the documents when clients submit the following requests:

  1. KYC

  2. Trader Registration - if KYC is required upon registration (please refer to this section for more details: Registration Process Settings).

2) For Existing Clients

When brokers are reviewing deposit or withdrawal requests, they will be able to see the following:

  • SumSub Verification Results

  • Document Verification
