In the Email Settings tab, you can set up your email provider for sending emails from the CRM. You can also customize email templates for automatic communication with clients and back office users.
You will need to add your email provider in order for emails to be sent out via the CRM.
In the Email Templates section, you can customize and configure the email templates that are sent to your clients or back office users.
There are three categories available:
All - Displays all email templates.
To Client - Displays all email templates sent to clients only.
To User - Displays all email templates sent out to internal back office users only.
You will be able to edit the content of the email templates.
