In the Approval Settings section, you have the ability to customize the approval process and review type according to your needs. This allows you to determine whether the approval process should be manual or automatic.
Additionally, if your workflow requires multiple levels of approval for certain client requests, you can configure the system to support multi-level approval. This ensures that more than one party needs to approve a single client request before it can be processed.
