This update makes fund operations—deposits, withdrawals, and transfers—more efficient and transparent with customizable deposit fields, streamlined approval steps, flexible transfer controls, multiple webhook options, and clearer Luqapay deposit guidance. Together, these upgrades reduce friction, speed up payment handling, and build greater confidence in fund management.

Key Function Highlights

  1. Reorder Deposit Fields: Rearrange deposit form fields with simple drag-and-drop, adapting quickly to changing requirements.

  2. Match2Pay Transaction Hashes: View transaction hashes for deposits and withdrawals directly in the CRM for faster, more transparent payment verification.

  3. Focused Approval Panel: Admins can hide deposit and withdrawal “remark” fields in the approval panel, keeping the view clean and centered on essential details.

  4. Granular Transfer Permissions: Restrict transfers to trading accounts, wallets, or both—or leave them open for flexibility. Admins gain precise control over how funds move.

  5. External Exchange Rate for Withdrawals: Apply exchange rates from external API sources during withdrawals for more flexible and accurate currency conversions.

  6. Multiple Withdrawal Webhooks: Assign separate webhooks to each withdrawal method, making it easier to connect with different PSPs through OpenAPI.

  1. Luqapay Deposit Guidance: When no matching counterparty is available for the entered deposit amount, clients see a clear notice—helping them adjust instantly without confusion.

Admin Enhancements

1) Reorder Deposit Fields

You can now rearrange deposit form fields with simple drag-and-drop, adapting quickly to changing requirements.

To do so, follow these steps:

Edit Deposit Method

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Transaction Settings" > "Deposit Settings".

  2. Locate the deposit method you wish to configure.

  3. Click the "Edit" icon.

Sort Deposit Fields Order

  1. Drag and drop the deposit fields to arrange them in your preferred order.

  2. Click "Save".

Application

  1. When submitting a deposit request via the CRM Client Portal, your clients will view the deposit fields in the order you have configured.

2) Match2Pay Transaction Hashes

You can view transaction hashes for deposits and withdrawals directly in the CRM for faster, more transparent payment verification.

3) Focused Approval Panel

You can now hide deposit and withdrawal “remark” fields in the approval panel, keeping the view clean and centered on essential details.

This applies only to fields of the “Description” type.

To do so, follow these steps:

Edit Deposit or Withdrawal Method

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Transaction Settings" > "Deposit Settings" or "Withdrawal Settings".

  2. Locate the deposit or withdrawal method to edit.

  3. Click the "Edit" icon.

Hide Fields

  1. You can only hide fields that are of the “Description” type only.

  2. Click the "Edit" icon.

  3. Select "Do not display on approvals page".

  4. Click "Update Field".

  5. Click "Save".

Application

  1. Before hiding the field from the approvals page, you will see the description field when reviewing deposit or withdrawal requests.

  2. After hiding the fields, you will no longer see the description field when reviewing deposit and withdrawal requests.

  3. Requests submitted prior to hiding the fields will continue to display the description field.

4) Granular Transfer Permissions

You can restrict transfers to trading accounts, wallets, or both—or leave them open for flexibility. Admins gain precise control over how funds move.

You can configure this for "Internal Transfers" or "Third Party Transfers":

Go to Transfer Settings

  1. Navigate to "Settings".

  2. Select "Transfer Settings".

Edit Transfer Permissions

  1. Under "Internal Transfer" or "Third Party Transfer", click the "Edit" icon.

  2. Select whether the source and target accounts can be wallets or trading accounts:

    1. Untick "Wallet" to prevent the source/target account from being a wallet.

    2. Untick "Trading Account" to prevent the source/target account from being a trading account.

    3. Tick both to allow both account types.

  3. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Application

  1. If you disable the source or target account from being a wallet, clients will not see "Wallet" as an option in the dropdown menu.

  2. If you disable the source or target account from being a trading account, clients will not see "Trading Accounts" as an option in the dropdown menu.

5) External Exchange Rate Support for Withdrawals

You can now apply exchange rates from external API sources during withdrawals for more flexible and accurate currency conversions.

To do so, follow these steps:

Edit Withdrawal Method Settings

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Transaction Settings" > "Withdrawal Settings".

  2. Locate the withdrawal method you want to amend.

  3. Click the "Edit" icon.

Enable External Exchange Rate

  1. Click "Use External Exchange Rate".

  2. Select the external exchange rate you want to use.

  3. Click "Save".

Application

  1. Once configured, withdrawal requests submitted by clients will use the external exchange rate you have set.

6) Multiple Withdrawal Webhooks

Previously limited to a single webhook for all withdrawal methods, the system now allows you to assign separate webhooks to each withdrawal method, making it easier to connect with different PSPs through OpenAPI.

To configure webhooks for specific withdrawal methods, follow these steps:

Create Webhook

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Dev Space" > "Webhooks".

  2. Click "Create Webhook".

Fill in Details

  1. Fill in the "Name" and "Destination URL" of the webhook.

  2. Select "Approval - Withdrawal" as the Function.

  3. Select the "Withdrawal Method". Multi-selection is accepted.

  4. Select the "Events".

  5. Click "Save".
