This latest release bolsters security, enhances API automation, streamlines email workflows, and introduces advanced reporting tools. Highlights include mandatory 2FA for password resets, detailed payment transaction insights via API, and jurisdiction-based filtering for targeted reporting.   1. Improved Security Protocols

    1. Mandatory 2FA for Password Resets: Strengthen account protection by requiring two-factor authentication during password reset processes, safeguarding against unauthorized access.

    2. Email Push Notifications for Profile Changes: Automatically alert clients in real-time when updates are made to sensitive personal details such as email addresses or phone numbers, promoting proactive security awareness.

    3. Failed Login Thresholds: Define limits on failed login attempts for both clients and admins, triggering automatic account suspension after repeated failures to mitigate security risks.

    1. Transaction Comments via API: Access transaction remarks or comments from your PSP directly in the CRM using the newly added "Comments" field in the PSP integration API, simplifying monitoring and tracking.

    1. Daily Email Logs Display: Email logs now display only the current day’s activity by default, enabling faster and more efficient review of recent communications.

    2. Summary Data for Email Logs: Quickly analyze email activity with a new summary displaying the total number of emails sent, visible at the end of the report.

    3. Server Identity Verification Option: Toggle server identity verification to enhance compatibility with a broader range of email providers.

1) Improved Security Protocols

A) Mandatory 2FA for Password Resets

You can now strengthen account protection by requiring two-factor authentication during password reset processes, safeguarding against unauthorized access.

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Security Settings.

  2. Click the "Edit" icon.

Application
  1. On the CRM Client Portal, navigate to My Profile > Settings.

  2. Fill in Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password.

  3. Click "Update Password".

  4. Once the mandatory verification is completed, your client will be logged out.

B) Email Push Notifications for Profile Changes

The CRM will now automatically alert clients in real-time when updates are made to sensitive personal details such as email addresses or phone numbers, promoting proactive security awareness.

Application
  1. On the CRM Client Portal, navigate to My Profile > Settings.

  2. For update of email address, your clients will need to fill in:

    1. New Email Address

    2. Current Password

  1. If you have Twilio installed and activated on your CRM, your clients will be able to update their phone number by filling in:

    1. New Phone Number

    2. Verification Code

    3. Current Password

  2. For email updates, your clients will receive and email in their new email address to confirm the changes.

  3. For email updates, your client will receive a notification in their old email address, informing that there has been a change in their email. For phone updates, your client will also receive a notification in their email address, informing them there has been a change in their phone number.

C) Failed Login Thresholds

You can define limits on failed login attempts for both clients and admins, triggering automatic account suspension after repeated failures to mitigate security risks.

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Security Settings.

  2. Click the "Edit" icon.

  1. To enable the account, you will need to do the following:

    1. For client accounts, locate the account under the "Clients" list and click the "Unsuspend" icon.

    2. For user accounts, under "User Management", click the "Filter" icon and select "Suspended" as the Account Status. You will see a list of suspended users. Locate the user you wish to enable and click the "Unsuspend" icon.

2) API Enhancements

A) Transaction Comments via API

You can now access transaction remarks or comments from your PSP directly in the CRM using the newly added "Comments" field in the PSP integration API, simplifying monitoring and tracking.

B) Upline & Downline Data Query via API

You can retrieve hierarchical relationship data using user IDs or emails via API, simplifying integration with third-party platforms. For more details on the API, please contact your dedicated account manager.

3) Optimized Email Setup

A) Daily Email Logs Display

Email logs now display only the current day’s activity by default, enabling faster and more efficient review of recent communications.

B) Summary Data for Email Logs

You can quickly analyze email activity with a new summary displaying the total number of emails sent, visible at the end of the report.

C) Server Identity Verification Option

You can toggle server identity verification to enhance compatibility with a broader range of email providers.

By default, server identity verification is enabled.

4) Enhanced Reporting Capabilities

A) Introducing the "Account Capital" Report for Clients

A newly available report that provides clients with detailed insights into their trading accounts, covering deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and credits—all accessible through the client portal.

You will need to provide your clients with the permissions to view this report:

Once permissions are granted, clients will be able to view the Account Capital report.

B) Jurisdiction-Based Filter

You can refine reports and requests using a country code filter, allowing for targeted analysis by jurisdiction.

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports or Approval.

  2. Click the "Filter" icon.
