  3. In order to proceed with the bank card approval function, you will need to ensure that you provide the necessary permissions to your clients and Backoffice users.

Client Permissions
  1. By default, the permissions provided to your clients are “Add Bank Card” and “Update Bank Card”.

  2. We have added a new permission “Delete Bank Card”. Providing this permission means that your clients will be able to delete any existing bank cards that they have.

  3. In order to start reviewing bank card creation by your clients, you will need to provide them with the “Bank Card Approval” permission.

Backoffice Permissions
  1. In order to start reviewing bank card creations by your clients, you will need to provide the following permissions to your backoffice users:

  3. Once the bank card is setup and approved, the client can proceed to select the bank card in which they want to withdraw funds to. Your client will only see approved bank cards in the drop-drown selection.

  4. Upon selecting the Bank Card, the bank account details will be populated automatically, and your client can proceed to submit the withdrawal request.

  1. Bank Card creation requests are now shown in the Pending Approval Dashboard as well.
