In the Notification Settings page, you can customize and configure notifications on the CRM to be sent to specific parties. You have the option to choose between email notifications or popup notifications within the CRM. This allows you to assign the appropriate individuals who will receive notifications for different events or actions, ensuring that the relevant personnel can promptly follow up on important matters.

1) Types of Notifications

Notifications in the CRM are divided into three categories:

  • New Approval Requests

  • Review of Requests

  • Others

You can easily switch between these categories using the top menu.

2) Setting Up Notifications
