V5.11.0 - New Task Function & Enhancement of Client Dashboard

In this release, a new task function has been added allowing you to create tasks, assign tasks to the respective teams and view task statuses. This allows your team to better manage clients’ requests, follow up on them more efficiently and improve customer relationship. Furthermore, the client portal dashboard has also been enhanced to provide your clients a more comprehensive overview of their accounts.

Task Function

1) Permissions

  1. To begin using the Task Function, you will need to enable the respective permissions:

    • Read Tasks - you will be able to view tasks.

    • Add Tasks - you will be able to add tasks.

    • Update / Delete Tasks - by default, permission to update or delete tasks are given to the task creator, assignee or owner of the CRM.

  2. You are able to set the data permissions for the Task Function as well:

    • Company Wide - you will be able to see all tasks.

    • All Subordinates - you will be able to see all tasks associated with all your subordinates.

    • Direct Subordinates - you will be able to see all tasks associated with your direct subordinates.

  3. Upon giving the respective permissions, you will be able to see a new “Tasks” tab:

2) Task Function

Task Lists
  1. There are different types of task lists available:

    • To-Do - tasks that are in progress and require your action

    • Overdue - tasks that have passed the deadline

    • To-Do Today - tasks that you have to do today

    • To-Do Tomorrow - tasks that you have to do tomorrow

    • To-Do This Week - tasks that you have to do this week

    • Created by Me - tasks created by you

    • Completed - tasks that have been completed

    • All - these are all the tasks that have been created

  2. You can pin your preferred task list by clicking onto the “Pin” icon. The pinned task list will be shown every time you go into the Tasks module.

  1. You can filter the tasks lists based on:

    • Title

    • Priority

    • Assignee - by default, the assignee filter will include the logged in user’s name.

Creating Tasks
  1. To create a new task, click “Add Task”.

  2. Fill in the respective fields:

    • Title - title for the task

    • Assignee - person(s) in which the task is assigned to

    • Associated Clients/Leads - the clients/leads in which the task is associated to

    • Type

      1. Task - this will be selected by default

      2. Call

      3. Email

    • Priority

      1. None - this will be selected by default

      2. Low

      3. Medium

      4. High

    • Deadline - due date of the task

    • Remark - any additional information regarding the task. The maximum number of characters allowed is 5,000.

  3. Click Save.

Completing Tasks
  1. To complete a task, you can click onto the “Tick” icon.

  2. Completed tasks will be shown in the “Completed” Task List. The Complete Time will be reflected, and the task title will be strikethrough.

Editing Tasks
  1. Only the creator of the task, assignee of the task and the owner of the CRM will be able to edit tasks.

  2. To edit, click onto the “Edit” icon.

  3. Amend the relevant fields and click “Save”.

  4. You can also complete tasks by clicking the “Tick” icon and “Save”.

Deleting Tasks
  1. Only the creator of the task, assignee of the task and the owner of the CRM will be able to delete tasks.

  2. To delete, click onto the “Delete” icon.

3) Creation of Tasks from Clients / Leads Details Page

Tasks Record
  1. A record of all tasks is kept on the Clients / Leads Details page.

Creating Tasks
  1. To create a task, click “Add Task”.

  2. Fill in the respective fields:

    • Title - title for the task

    • Assignee - person(s) in which the task is assigned to

    • Associated Clients/Leads - the clients/leads in which the task is associated to. By default, this will be filled in according to the Client / Lead that you are looking at. This field cannot be edited.

    • Type

      1. Task - this will be selected by default

      2. Call

      3. Email

    • Priority

      1. None - this will be selected by default

      2. Low

      3. Medium

      4. High

    • Deadline - due date of the task

    • Remark - any additional information regarding the task. The maximum number of characters allowed is 5,000.

  3. Click “Save” and the task will be created accordingly.

Completing Tasks
Editing Tasks
  1. Only the creator of the task, assignee of the task and the owner of the CRM will be able to edit tasks.

Deleting Tasks
  1. Only the creator of the task, assignee of the task and the owner of the CRM will be able to delete tasks.

Enhancement of Client Dashboard

1) Navigation Bar

  1. A navigation bar has been added to the Client Dashboard, allowing clients to quickly access the required CRM modules.

  2. The navigation bar includes the following:

    • Deposit History

    • Withdrawal History

    • Transfer History

    • User Information

    • Bank Card

    • My Clients

    • Commissions

  3. The CRM modules displayed on the navigation bar will only be displayed if the respective permissions have been given to the Client. For example, if you have disabled transfer permissions for your Client, they will not be able to see the “Transfer History” module on the navigation bar.

2) Total Balance Chart

  1. A total balance chart has been added to the Client Dashboard.

  2. Your client will be able to see an overview of their account balances in multiple currencies.

  3. The chart shows one month of data, amount being the x-axis and date being the y-axis.

  4. You can click onto the specific currency on the legend that you wish to view in the chart.

3) My Clients

My Clients modules is now categorized into 2 sections:

  1. List - displays all of your client’s downlines in list format.

  2. Overview - provides a comprehensive overview of your downline.

4) Commission

Commission module is now categorized into 2 sections:

  1. List - displays all of your client’s commission rebates in list format.

  2. Overview - provides a comprehensive overview of your commission rebates.
