# Synchronizing Groups, Symbols and Server Time Zone

This synchronization ensures that the CRM has the most up-to-date data regarding symbols and groups, allowing for accurate trading information and configurations within the CRM. Additionally, this is crucial to ensure seamless functionality within the CRM.

To synchronize data, follow these steps:

1. Locate the trading platform you want to synchronize data with and click on the "..." icon.
2. Click on the "Synchronize Groups and Symbols" or "Synchronize Server Time Zone".<br>
