Reviewing Requests

Brokers can review all client requests by clicking the "Review" button.
For each request type, brokers can choose to either "Approve" or "Reject" the request.
Approve
Once approved, the changes will be reflected.
Reject
There are 2 types of logs:
System generated logs - these logs are created automatically by the system and cannot be edited or deleted.
Manually generated logs - these logs are created by the broker and can be edited or deleted.
Brokers can manually add in logs for all requests by following the steps below:
By default, the logs will show the creator of the request.
If the request was submitted by the client, you will see "User created the request".
If the request was submitted by a Backoffice user, you will see the name of the Backoffice user.
Click the "Log" icon to add your comments.
Brokers can amend the details of the request before approving them. This function is not available for:
Update Leverage
Transfer
Reset Password
New Bank Card
Different details can be amended for different request types:
Open Account
Approve or reject the request.
Deposit
You can only amend the "Payment Amount".
Approve or reject the request.
Withdrawal
You can only amend the "Trading Amount".
Approve or reject the request.
KYC
Approve or reject the request.
Upgrade to IB
Approve or reject the request.
IB Registration
For IB registration, brokers can amend the following:
Request Details
Rebate Details
This allows brokers to immediately configure the rebate account for the IB during registration.
Approve or reject the request.
Trader Registration
This is applicable only if you registration method to include KYC and trading account creation. Please refer to this section for more details: Registration Process Settings
Brokers will be able to view the registration, KYC and open account information in a single request.
Approve or reject the request.
Click "Approve".
A popup notice will appear. Click "Confirm" to proceed.
Click "Reject".
A popup notice will appear. Fill in the rejection reason and click "Confirm".
Fill in your comment and attach any relevant files by clicking onto the "Attach" icon.
Click "Confirm" and the comment will be recorded down.
Logs manually created can be edited or deleted by clicking onto the respective icons.
Click the "Edit" icon.
Amend the respective fields.
Click the "Edit" icon.
Click the "Save" icon.
A log of the changes made will be recorded down automatically.
Click the "Edit" icon.
Click the "Save" icon.

Amend the respective fields and click the "Save" icon.
