Back Office Portal - Demo Account Settings

In the Demo Account Settings, you have the ability to configure different account types specifically for demo accounts. This allows clients to choose the demo account type that best suits their preferences and requirements.

Creating Demo Account Types

To create a demo account type, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Create" button.

  2. Fill in the following details:

    • Enter the account type name in the respective languages.

    • Select the trading server.

    • Choose the trading group.

    • Select the leverage.

    • Specify the initial deposit amount. This amount will be set as the default initial deposit for the demo account.

    • Provide a description that allows clients to understand and choose the demo account type that suits their needs.

  3. Click "Save" to create the demo account type.

Editing Demo Account Types

To edit a demo account type, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the account type you want to edit and click the "Edit" icon.

  2. Make the necessary changes to the account type details.

  3. Click "Save" to save the updated information.

Deleting Demo Account Types

To delete a demo account type, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the demo account type you wish to delete and click the "Delete" icon.

  2. A confirmation pop-up will appear.

  3. Click "Confirm" to proceed with the deletion of the demo account type.

Application

When clients are creating demo accounts via the CRM Client portal, they will be presented with the available demo account types and can select their preferred one from the list of options.
