Advanced Method - AI Editor

Leverage the AI Editor to create visually engaging email templates. You can install it from the CRM Marketplace. This powerful tool is designed to help you craft professional campaigns and promotional materials with ease. The AI Editor unlocks creative possibilities, enabling you to deliver impactful emails efficiently.

1. Marketplace Installation

To install AI Editor, follow these steps:

Go to CRM Marketplace

  1. Go to the CRM Marketplace.

  2. Locate AI Editor and click onto it.

Install AI Editor

  1. You will be redirected to a page with background information about the AI Editor.

  2. Click "Install" to proceed with the installation.

2. Using the AI Editor

Fill in Recipients & Email Subject

  1. Select the recipient(s) of the email. You can choose individual clients, client groups, client tiers, or individual leads.

  2. Enter the email subject.

Use the AI Editor

  1. Navigate to "Advanced" to start using the AI Editor.

  2. A popup notification will inform you that switching to Advanced mode will clear all existing email content. Click "Switch" to proceed.

  3. Various tools are available. Please refer to: 3. AI Editor Tools

  4. Simply drag them into the content and amend accordingly.

Send Email

  1. Click "Preview" to review the email.

  2. Click "Save as draft" to save the email and send it later.

  3. Click "Send" to deliver the email.

  4. The email will be recorded, and you will be able to see its status accordingly.

3. AI Editor Tools

The tools available are as below:

A. Content

Columns

  • Divide your content into multiple sections for easier readability and a cleaner layout.

  • Select the number and distribution of columns you need.

Heading

  • Capture attention and provide structure.

  • Drag Heading into your content.

  • Add your text and configure the format.

Text

  • Add text blocks by dragging them into the content area.

  • Add your text and configure the format.

Image

  • Add images to enhance visual appeal.

  • Upload your image and configure the format.

Buttons

  • Create clickable call-to-actions.

  • Drag in a button.

  • Input the button text and add the target URL.

Dividers

  • Separate content sections for easier navigation.

  • Format the divider.

HTML

  • Add custom HTML for advanced formatting and styling.

  • Fill in the HTML code and configure the formatting.

Menu

  • Add interactive elements for actions such as visiting a URL, emailing, or calling.

  • Drag the menu into content.

  • Configure actions and format.

Social

  • Allows you to include your social media links in the email.

  • Drag and drop the Social element into your content.

  • Configure the links and display format for each social media platform.

Forms

  • Allows you to add a form directly into your email for clients to fill out.

  • Drag and drop the Form element into your content.

  • Configure the form questions and adjust the formatting as needed.

B. Blocks

  • Organize your content into distinct sections or subsections by dragging the preferred block into your content.

C. Body

  • Format the overall content using available functions such as Text Color, Background Color, Content Width, Content Alignment, and more.

4. Mobile Optimized

  1. Click the "Preview" icon.

  2. Select "Device," "Tablet," or "Mobile" to see how your email looks on different screens.

  3. Use presets or custom widths to check specific devices via the dropdown menu.

  4. This helps ensure your content displays correctly across all devices.
