3. Client Onboarding Process

The next critical step is configuring the client onboarding process. This involves meticulous decisions about how you want the onboarding flow to unfold:

  1. Registration Form: Define the information required for both traders and Introducing Brokers (IBs) during the CRM account registration process.

  2. Onboarding Flow: Determine the structure of your onboarding process. Choose between a multi-step registration approach, where clients provide Know Your Customer (KYC) information during registration, or a single-step process where clients gain access to the CRM client portal immediately after completing the registration form.

  3. KYC Policies: Establish policies that dictate actions to be restricted if the KYC process is not completed by the client.

  4. KYC Form Configuration: Fine-tune the KYC forms, specifying the fields and documentation necessary for clients to complete the KYC process. This ensures that your onboarding aligns with the information and documentation essential for your business and regulatory compliance.
