Notification Templates

This is an abridged version of the user guide, highlighting essential features. To access the full version with detailed steps, kindly reach out to your dedicated Account Manager.

In the Notification Templates tab, notifications are conveniently divided into two categories: Email Templates and Pop-Up Templates. You can easily switch between these categories using the top menu.

Both Email Templates and Popup Templates are further categorized into "To Client" and "To Admin," offering convenient filtering options. You can effortlessly switch between these categories using the top menu as well.

You will be able to do configure the following:

  1. Default Language & Timezone

  2. Preview Templates

  3. Disable Templates

  4. Edit Templates
