This section presents your KYC details submitted to the broker.
Depending on your broker's policies, it might be necessary to complete your KYC process before you can proceed with certain functions on the Client Portal, such as deposits, withdrawals, or opening trading accounts.
If you try to perform restricted actions, a pop-up notice will appear, prompting you to finish your KYC first.
Click on "KYC Verification," and you'll be redirected to the KYC page for completion.
To submit your KYC, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > User Information.
Select the form that is most applicable to you. Different KYC forms will have different fields to be filled in.
After submitting the KYC request, please note that you won't be able to edit your KYC details until the application has been approved or rejected.
To edit your KYC details, follow these steps:
Click on the "Edit" icon.
You also have the option to view your profile history, where you can access past KYC records and their respective statuses.
To view your profile history, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > User Information.
Click "Profile History".
