# General Report Functions

For each report, you can perform the following functions:

<summary>Trading Server</summary>

1. If your broker has multiple trading servers, you can select the trading servers via the dropdown menu to extract data. <br>

<summary>Date Filter</summary>

1. You can filter the report based on the date range. <br>

You can download the reports in Excel format for data analytics. Here's how:&#x20;

1. Click on the "Download" icon. <br>

2. After clicking “Download,” a notice will appear, informing you that the data is being generated.\
