Trading Account Operations

You will be able to conduct the following actions in relation to your trading accounts:

Change Password
  1. Select the “Change Password” icon.

  2. Fill in the respective fields and click “Save”.

    • Trading Account - will be displayed automatically and cannot be amended.

    • Choose the password type to change:

      1. Master Password - refers to the password that provides full rights to the trading account.

      2. Investor Password - refers to the password that provides read-only rights to the trading account.

    • For change of master password, you will need to fill in:

      1. Old Password

      2. New Password

      3. Confirm Password

    • For change of investor password, you will need to fill in:

      1. Master Password

      2. New Password

      3. Confirm Password

  3. Upon clicking “Save”, the password will be changed.

Forget Password
  1. Select the “Forget Password” icon.

  2. Fill in the respective fields:

    • Trading Account - will be displayed automatically and cannot be amended.

    • Select the password type:

      1. Master Password - refers to the password that provides full rights to the trading account.

      2. Investor Password - refers to the password that provides read-only rights to the trading account.

    • Select “Submit reset password request”.

  3. The approval process depends on the settings configured by the broker:

    • Manual: You must await the broker's approval before your trading account password is reset. Upon approval, an email will be sent to you with your new password.

    • Automatic: An email containing your new password will be automatically sent to you.

Change Leverage
  1. Select the "Change Leverage" icon.

  2. Fill in the respective fields:

    • Trading Account - will be displayed automatically and cannot be amended.

    • Leverage - refers to the leverage you wish to change to.

    • Click Save.

  3. The approval process is dependent on the settings configured by the broker:

    • Manual: You will need to wait for the broker's approval before the leverage for your trading account can be changed. Once approved, the leverage will be updated.

    • Automatic: Upon submission of the request, the leverage change will be implemented immediately.

Deposit Funds
  1. Select the "Deposit" button.

  2. You will be redirected to the deposit page. Please refer to this section for more details: Deposit

  3. Deposit requests, except for online methods like those through PSPs, are set for manual approval by default. This indicates that the broker's approval is necessary before funds can be deposited into your trading account.

Withdraw Funds
  1. Select the “Withdraw” button.

  2. You will need to fill in the withdrawal form. For more details, please refer to this section: Withdrawals

  3. All withdrawal requests are processed manually. After submitting a withdrawal request, you will need to wait for the broker to approve it before the withdrawal is processed.
