Create New Account or Bind Existing Account

You can create a new trading account or bind an existing trading account that you have with the broker.

1. Creation of New Trading Accounts

In the “Accounts” tab, click “Create New Account”.

Fill in the respective fields and click “Save”:

  1. Select “Live Account” or “Demo Account”

  2. Select the Platform

  3. Select the Account Type - this can be customized via the CRM Backoffice Portal.

  4. Select the Leverage - the available leverage options can be customized via the CRM Backoffice Portal.

  5. Remarks - input any comments or remarks for broker to take note of.

Upon submitting the trading account request, you will be redirected to the Trading Accounts Request page, whereby you can view a history of all trading account requests submitted and their respective statuses.

The approval process is determined by the settings configured by the broker:

  1. Manual: You must wait for the broker to approve your request before accessing your trading account.

  2. Automatic: Your trading account request will be approved instantly. Upon approval, you will receive an email with your trading account credentials, allowing you to log in immediately.

For demo accounts, no approval is needed from the broker. The demo trading account will be generated promptly upon submitting the trading account creation request.

2. Binding of Trading Accounts

This function is you if you already have an existing trading account with the broker and would like to bind it to your CRM account.

Click “Bind Existing Account”.

Fill in the respective fields and click “Save”:

  1. Select “Platform”.

  2. Account ID - this refers to the trading account number.

As long as the Account ID and Password is valid, the trading account will be immediately bound to your Client Portal account. You will be able to see the trading account in the Accounts tab.

Review the User Agreement and Risk Disclosure (if any) and click “Confirm” to proceed.

Password - this refers to the password associated with the trading account number.
