You have the option to transfer funds to either your own account or a third-party account. Brokers can choose to allow or disallow transfer requests based on their preferences.
1. Transfer to Own Account
Click "Transfer".
Fill in the transfer form:
By default, the transfer method selected is “Transfer to Oneself”.
Fill in the respective fields and click “Submit”:
Select Source Account: Choose the account from which funds will be transferred.
Select Target Account: Choose the account to which funds will be transferred.
Input Amount from Source Account: Specify the amount you want to transfer from the source account.
Input Amount to Target Account: This will automatically be filled in once you input the amount from the source account.
The approval process for funds transfer depends on the settings configured by the broker:
Manual: If approval settings are manual, you must wait for the broker to approve your transfer request before the funds transfer is processed.
Automatic: If approval settings are automatic, the funds transfer will be processed immediately.
2. Transfer to Third Party Account
Click "Transfer".
Fill in the transfer form:
Select “Transfer to Others.”
Fill in the respective fields and click “Submit”:
Select Source Account - Choose the account from which funds will be transferred.
Input Beneficiary Name - Enter the recipient’s name.
Select the identification method of the beneficiary. Options include:
Email Address - Ensure the email address matches the one the recipient used to register with the broker.
Phone Number - Ensure the phone number matches the one the recipient used to register with the broker.
Input Email Address / Phone Number - Enter the recipient's email address or phone number. If not found, an error code will be displayed, preventing you from proceeding with the transfer.
Select the Platform - Choose between wallet or trading platform.
Input Target Account - Enter the account ID of the wallet / trading account. For transfers to wallets, input the wallet ID.
Input Amount from Source Account - Specify the amount you wish to transfer.
Input Amount to Target Account - This will automatically be filled in upon entering the amount from the source account.
After submitting the transfer request, the transfer policy of the broker, if applicable, will appear, requiring your acknowledgment and confirmation.
The approval process for funds transfer depends on the settings configured by your broker:
Manual: In the case of manual approval settings, you are required to await approval from the broker before the funds transfer is processed.
Automatic: If automatic approval settings are in place, the funds transfer will be processed immediately upon submission of the request.
