This section presents your KYC details submitted to the prop broker.
1. Restrictions Before KYC
Depending on your prop broker's policies, it might be necessary to complete your KYC process before you can proceed with certain functions on the Client Portal, such as deposits, withdrawals, or opening trading accounts.
If you try to perform restricted actions, a pop-up notice will appear, prompting you to finish your KYC first.
Click on "KYC Verification," and you'll be redirected to the KYC page for completion.
2. Submitting KYC Request
To submit your KYC, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > User Information.
Select the form that is most applicable to you. Different KYC forms will have different fields to be filled in.
Upon selecting the form, you will need to fill in the respective details and / or upload the required documentation.
Upon completing the form, you will need to review all the information filled in before clicking “Submit”.
Once submitted, you will be able to see the status of your KYC request.
The KYC approval process depends on the settings configured by your prop broker:
If the approval settings are manual, you will need to wait for your prop broker to approve your KYC request.
If the approval settings are automatic, your KYC will be approved immediately after KYC submission.
If your KYC request has been rejected, you will be able to see the rejection reason in red.
3. Editing KYC Details
After submitting the KYC request, please note that you won't be able to edit your KYC details until the application has been approved or rejected.
To edit your KYC details, follow these steps:
Click on the "Edit" icon.
If you choose to edit your KYC details and opt for a different KYC form, please be aware that the previously submitted data will be lost. You will need to fill in your information again.
Once you've made edits to the KYC form and clicked "Submit," the KYC request will be resubmitted to the prop broker for review.
If the prop broker has configured automatic approval settings, your KYC request will be approved automatically.
Otherwise, you'll need to wait for the prop broker to review and approve accordingly.
4. Profile History
You also have the option to view your profile history, where you can access past KYC records and their respective statuses.
To view your profile history, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > User Information.
Click "Profile History".
You will be able to see an overview of their KYC requests submitted and their respective statuses.
You can click "View" to find out more details on each profile.
