Trading Account Request History
You can view the request history for all trading accounts by clicking onto “Request History”.
Request History includes the following:
Trading Account Requests
Trading Account Requests will display all trading account requests submitted by you and their respective details.
Status includes:
Approved - trading account request has been approved and created.
Rejected - trading account request has been rejected and no trading account was created.
Pending - trading account request is still pending the prop broker to approve or reject.
Cancelled - trading account request has been cancelled.
Update Leverage Requests
Update Leverage Requests will display all leverage change requests submitted by you and their respective details.
Status includes:
Approved - update leverage request has been approved and leverage has been updated.
Rejected - update leverage request has been rejected and no change is done to the leverage.
Pending - update leverage request is still pending the prop broker to approve or reject.
Cancelled - update leverage request has been cancelled.
Password Reset Requests
Password Reset Requests will display all password reset requests submitted by you and their respective details.
Status includes:
Approved - reset password request has been approved, password has been reset and sent to your email.
Rejected - reset password request has been rejected and password is not changed.
Pending - reset password request is still pending the prop broker to approve or reject.
Cancelled - reset password request has been cancelled.
