Sensitive Fields

You have the option to enhance client privacy and security on the CRM client portal by hiding sensitive data. This includes information such as client's phone numbers, identification numbers, and trading activities. This helps to safeguard client confidentiality and ensures that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive information.

To configure sensitive fields, please follow these steps:

Click on "Add Sensitive Fields."

  1. Select the specific information that you consider sensitive.

  2. Choose one of the following options:

    • Partially Hidden: The sensitive field will be partially displayed, with some characters masked or obscured.

    • Completely Hidden: The sensitive field will be fully hidden and not visible to clients.

    • Remove Field: The sensitive field will be completely removed from the CRM client portal.

  3. Click "Confirm" to save your settings.
