14. Coupons & Promo Codes

1. Introduction

In the Coupons & Promo Codes section, you can create and manage coupons and promo codes to offer discounts to your clients for participating in prop trading challenges.

• Coupons – Digital discount vouchers issued directly to clients, which are automatically applied to their next purchase without requiring any manual claiming.

• Promo Codes – Unique codes that clients can enter at checkout to instantly apply discounts. Ideal for online promotions or referral campaigns.

This feature is designed to help you drive increased participation in prop challenges, boost client growth, and deepen engagement.

2. Marketplace Installation

To start using the Coupons and Promo Codes function, you will need to install it via the CRM Marketplace. Follow these steps:

CRM Marketplace

1. Navigate to the CRM Marketplace.

   
2. Locate "Coupons and Promo Codes" and click onto it.

   
3. You will be redirected to the details page.

Contact Us For Installation

1. Click "Contact us for installation".

   
2. Fill in your details and click "Submit". ​

   
3. Upon receiving the request, your dedicated account manager will install the module for you.

Permission Settings

1. After the Promo Code function is installed, ensure the following permissions are enabled:

   1. Read Coupons and Promo Codes – Grants users the ability to view coupon and promo code settings.

   2. Update Coupons and Promo Codes – Grants users the ability to create and configure coupons and promo codes.

2. Once the necessary permissions are granted, you will be able to access the "Coupons and Promo Codes" tab.
