# V7.61.0 - Real-Time Prop Monitoring & Profit-Sharing Controls

*<mark style="color:$info;">Learn about all the details of all our recent CRM updates here.</mark>*

**Released Date - 10 January 2026**

This release strengthens prop challenge oversight with real-time monitoring on MT5, configurable profit-sharing conditions, and clearer visibility across the Prop Trading module. Brokers can now detect challenge breaches immediately, apply consistency-based rules to profit-sharing eligibility, and use expanded Open API capabilities to integrate external systems and automate challenge-related workflows.

Traders can view profit-sharing requirements during both challenge selection and participation, with visual progress indicators showing their completion status. Admins also gain access to more detailed payment and trading account information when reviewing participation, paid retry, and live-stage progression requests.

### <mark style="color:red;">Key Function Highlights</mark>

1. [**Prop Challenge Consistency Rule**](#id-1-prop-challenge-consistency-rule)**:** Brokers can now apply a consistency rule to profit-sharing eligibility during the live stage. By setting a maximum ratio between a trader’s highest daily profit and total profit, brokers can prevent traders from qualifying based on a single high-profit day. This supports a more balanced assessment of trading performance before profit sharing is approved for each payout period.
2. [**Real-Time Prop Challenge Monitoring**](#id-2-real-time-prop-challenge-monitoring)**:** For brokers using the Drawdown Limit MT5 Plugin, prop challenge progress is now evaluated in real time instead of at 10-minute intervals. The system can immediately detect breaches of configured loss limits and trigger failure conditions, helping brokers respond faster and reduce losses beyond the permitted thresholds.
3. [**Profit-Sharing Criteria Visibility**](#id-3-profit-sharing-criteria-visibility)**:** All profit-sharing requirements are now displayed in the Client Portal during both challenge selection and participation. Traders can review the complete set of eligibility conditions in advance, rather than seeing only the profit-sharing ratio.
4. [**Profit-Sharing Progress Tracking**](#id-4-profit-sharing-progress-tracking)**:** Visual progress indicators for all configured profit-sharing conditions are now available in both the Client Portal and Back Office. Traders and brokers can quickly see which conditions have been completed and what remains before profit sharing becomes available.
5. [**Prop Trading Request Enhancements**](#id-5-prop-trading-request-enhancements)
   1. [**"Participation" & "Paid Retry" Requests**](#a-participation-and-paid-retry-requests)**:** Admins can now view additional payment information within participation and paid retry requests, including the payment order ID, payment method, payment amount, net amount, and any applied coupon or promo code. This gives admins more context when reviewing and processing each request.
   2. [**Live Stage Requests**](#b-live-stage-requests)**:** The trader’s previous trading account is now shown within live-stage requests. Admins can review the trader’s earlier performance and account activity before approving or rejecting progression to the live stage.
6. [**Prop Trading Open API**](#id-6-prop-trading-open-api)**:** New Open API capabilities are now available for the Prop Trading module. Brokers can retrieve prop trading data and perform challenge-related actions through their own systems, enabling external integrations, workflow automation, and greater operational flexibility.

### <mark style="color:red;">1)   Prop Challenge Consistency Rule</mark>

You can now apply a consistency rule to profit-sharing eligibility during the live stage. By setting a maximum ratio between a trader’s highest daily profit and total profit, you can prevent traders from qualifying based on a single high-profit day. This supports a more balanced assessment of trading performance before profit sharing is approved for each payout period.

To configure the consistency rule, follow these steps:&#x20;

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

#### Create or Edit Prop Challenge&#x20;

1. Go to "**Prop Trading**" > "**Challenge Settings**".
2. Click "**New Challenge**" or the "**Edit**" icon of an existing challenge.<br>

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Configure Profit Sharing Rules

1. Go to "**Profit Sharing**".<br>

   <figure><img src="/files/OaTuWNXiBCMvsy0wFQNv" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
2. Under "**Profit Sharing** **Conditions**", a new consistency rule is now available where you can configure:\
   (Max Daily Profit / Total Profit) × 100% ≤ **Configured Percentage**
3. You may combine this rule with other profit sharing conditions using **"AND"** or **"OR"** logic.
   1. **AND**: All configured conditions must be fulfilled before profit sharing can be triggered.
   2. **OR**: Any one of the configured conditions may be fulfilled to trigger profit sharing.<br>

      <figure><img src="/files/KmlI2LWREd5U5Dr0QuGk" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
4. The consistency rule is evaluated based on the following logic:
   1. **Daily Profit** refers to the total closed trade result within a single trading day based on the challenge time zone, including Profit, Commission, Fee, and Swap.
   2. **Max Daily Profit** refers to the highest Daily Profit recorded between two profit sharing events. For the first profit sharing cycle, this refers to the highest Daily Profit from challenge start until the first profit sharing.
   3. **Total Profit** refers to the total closed trade result between two profit sharing events, including Profit, Commission, Fee, and Swap.
5. When **(Max Daily Profit / Total Profit) × 100%** is less than or equal to the configured threshold, the condition is considered fulfilled and profit sharing may proceed.
6. If the calculated percentage exceeds the configured threshold:
   1. For **Automatic Profit Sharing**, the payout will not be triggered for the current cycle and will instead be evaluated again during the next scheduled profit sharing cycle.
   2. For **Manual Profit Sharing**, the system will display a warning that the consistency condition has not been met. However, you may still proceed with manual profit sharing at their own discretion.\

{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

For brokers using the Drawdown Limit MT5 Plugin, prop challenge progress is now evaluated in real time instead of at 10-minute intervals. The system can immediately detect breaches of configured loss limits and trigger failure conditions, helping brokers respond faster and reduce losses beyond the permitted thresholds.
