*<mark style="color:$info;">Learn about all the details of all our recent CRM updates here.</mark>*

**Released Date - 30 December 2025**

This release introduces the new Prop Trading Certificates module, allowing brokers to automatically issue professionally designed certificates for key trader achievements. Certificates can be generated when traders complete challenge stages or receive profit-sharing payouts, adding greater recognition, credibility, and engagement to the prop trading experience.

Built directly into the CRM, the module supports customizable templates, dynamic trader and challenge data, multi-language content, and QR code verification for authenticity. Traders can easily access, preview, and download their certificates in PNG or PDF format to showcase their achievements, share verified results, and support marketing or promotional activities.

### <mark style="color:red;">Key Function Highlights</mark>

1. **Automated Certificate Issuance:** Automatically issue certificates to traders upon completing challenge stages or receiving profit shares, ensuring consistent and timely recognition without manual intervention.
2. **Customizable Certificate Templates:** Design certificates using flexible HTML templates with multi-language support. Leverage dynamic parameters such as client name, challenge details, profit share amounts, and dates to generate fully personalized outputs.
3. **QR Code Verification:** Each certificate includes a QR code that links to a dedicated verification page, allowing instant validation of authenticity and improving transparency for both traders and third parties.
4. **Flexible Download Options:** Allow traders to download certificates in PNG or PDF format, with all data dynamically rendered at the point of download to reflect the most up-to-date information.
5. **Certificate Refresh Functionality:** Enable users to refresh certificate data to reflect updated client information or corrected details, ensuring accuracy without reissuing new certificates.
