# V7.57.0 – Enhanced IB Commission Control & Visibility

*Learn about all the details of all our recent CRM updates here.*

**Released Date - 2 October 2025**

This release strengthens control and clarity across commission and referral workflows. Brokers can configure MT5 Close By commission logic for more accurate commission handling, identify temporarily locked orders during commission recalculation more easily, and define how referral notifications are shared across referral hierarchies.

The update also improves visibility in the client portal through clearer commission summaries and expanded request tracking, helping brokers and IBs monitor earnings and client activity more effectively.

### Key Function Highlights

1. [**Commission Settings for MT5 "Close By" Orders**](#id-1-commission-settings-for-mt5-close-by-orders)**:** Commission calculation logic for MT5 "Close By" orders is now configurable. Brokers can choose whether commissions should be calculated on both orders involved in a "Close By" transaction or applied to only one side and considered as a net-off trade. This provides greater flexibility in commission setup while helping prevent duplicate calculations.
2. [**Locked Order Status During Recalculation**](#id-2-locked-order-status-during-recalculation)**:** To prevent duplicate processing, orders affected by commission recalculation are temporarily locked for 1 hour. These orders are now marked with a lock icon, making it easier for brokers to identify orders that are still under recalculation.
3. [**Configurable Referrer Notification Scope**](#id-3-configurable-referrer-notification-scope)**:** Referral notifications can now be configured by hierarchy level. Brokers may choose to notify only direct referrers, all uplines, or uplines up to a specified level. This gives brokers more control over how referral-related notifications are shared within the referral hierarchy.
4. [**Promotion Link Descriptions**](#id-4-promotion-link-descriptions)**:** Promotion links now support customizable descriptions displayed alongside each link. Brokers can add clear explanatory text to highlight campaign details, key benefits, or eligibility requirements, helping clients understand each promotion at a glance.
5. [**Client Portal Report Enhancements**](#id-5-client-portal-report-enhancements)**:**
 1. [**Referral Commission Report**](#a-referral-commission-report)**:** A total IB commission payout summary is now displayed at the bottom of the report table, giving clients clearer visibility into aggregated commission earnings.
 2. [**Client Portal Requests Report**](#b-client-portal-requests-report)**:** The Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transfers reports now include Submission Time as both a display field and filter option. This allows IBs to track and review client request activity with greater accuracy.
