V7.56.0 - Enhanced Deposit Experience: Greater Configurability, Greater Clarity
Learn about all the details of all our recent CRM updates here.
Released Date - 29 September 2025
This release introduces more flexibility and clearer client guidance across the CRM’s deposit journey. Brokers can now fine-tune how deposit amounts are displayed and entered, surface more useful account and currency context at the point of funding, and personalise key payment visuals for a more intuitive experience. Together, these enhancements help reduce deposit friction, minimise selection mistakes, and support varied funding preferences—without disrupting existing operational workflows.
Key Function Highlights
Customisable "Payment Currency" Icons: Brokers can now upload custom icons for each currency option shown in the deposit interface (displayed alongside the text label). This makes currency selection faster and clearer—especially when clients scan multiple choices.
Account Type & Balance Display: When selecting which trading account to fund, the deposit screen now displays both "Account Type" and "Current Balance". This added context helps clients pick the right destination account and reduces avoidable funding errors.
"Actual Deposit Amount" & "Payment Amount" Display Preferences: Brokers can control the deposit layout by choosing which value appears first: "Actual Deposit Amount" or "Payment Amount". You can also decide which field is editable, with the other auto-calculated based on applicable fees and/or FX conversion. This supports a smoother deposit experience aligned with different client behaviours and funding expectations.
Fireblocks Deposit Currency Label Customisation: For Fireblocks-supported currencies, brokers can now configure more descriptive display names on the deposit page—such as including the blockchain network identifier (e.g., ETH – Sepolia). This reduces ambiguity and helps clients deposit to the intended asset/network with greater confidence.
1) Customisable "Payment Currency" Icons
You can now upload custom icons for each currency option shown in the deposit interface (displayed alongside the text label). This makes currency selection faster and clearer—especially when clients scan multiple choices.
To configure the payment currency icons, follow these steps:
Permission Settings
Before configuring payment currency icons, ensure the appropriate permissions are enabled:
Read Payment Currency Icons – Allows view-only access to payment currency icons.
Update Payment Currency Icons – Allows editing of payment currency icons.

Once enabled, the “Payment Gateway Icons” menu will be visible under “Transaction Settings”.

Configure Payment Gateway Icons
Go to "Settings" > "Transaction Settings" > "Payment Gateway Icons".

You will see a list of all currencies currently configured under your payment methods.
Default currency icons will be displayed.
Any newly added payment currencies will automatically appear in this list.
If a payment currency is removed from your payment methods, it will also be removed from this list.
Locate the currency you wish to customise and click the "Edit" icon.

Upload your desired icon. Please note:
Recommended size: 200 × 200 px

Click it again if you wish to move "Actual Deposit Amount" back to the top position.
Click "Save" to apply your changes.
