To share promotional links effectively, you have multiple options available:
Copy the Landing URL: You can copy the landing URL of the promotional link and share it directly with the intended parties. This can be done by pasting the URL in emails, messages, or any communication channel of your choice.
Download QR Code: You have the option to download a QR code for the promotional link. This QR code can be included in your marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, or website. Interested parties can scan the QR code using their smartphones to access the promotional link directly.
Additionally, you have the option to view the performance analytics of each promotional link.
By clicking on the "Expand" icon, you can access detailed information regarding the link's performance.
This includes the number of clicks received by the promotional link and the number of accounts that were successfully registered through that specific link.
By clicking on "View Detail" for a promotional link, you can access additional information, including:
Clicks: The total number of clicks on the promotional link.
Pending Applications: The number of registration applications that are currently pending review by the broker.
Approved Applications: The number of registration applications that have been approved.
Rejected Applications: The number of registration applications that have been rejected.
To edit promotional links, follow these steps:
Locate the promotional link you wish to edit and click on the "Edit" button.
Make the necessary amendments or changes to the promotional link details.
Once you have made the desired changes, click on the "Save" button to save your edits.
In the Promotion Link Settings, you can create customized promotional links for your own campaigns or for your referrals and IBs to use. These links help you track the performance of each promotion by providing insights into the number of clicks and registered accounts generated through the link.
To create a promotional link, follow these steps:
Click on "Create Promotion Link".
Select the type of promotion from the available options, such as IB Promotes Trader, Trader Promotes IB, or Demo Account.

Choose the domain for the promotional link.
Select the client or client group that can use this promotional link.
Set the default client group that new registrants will be assigned to.
Specify the trading platform and trading group for the client's trading account.
Select the account type which allows you to manage which account types are available to clients during registration.
Choose the owner and participants responsible for managing clients registering through this promotional link.
You can also set up demo account promotional links, which enable your leads to register for a demo account without having to create a CRM account with you. This provides a convenient way for potential clients to experience your trading platform, view your trading products and spreads before committing to a full account registration.
Click on "Create Promotion Link".
Select "Demo Account" as the promotion link type.
Choose the domain for the promotional link.
Fill in the name of the promotion link.
Select the demo account account type.
Click "Save" to save the configuration.
To delete a promotional link, follow these steps:
Locate the promotional link you wish to delete and click on the "Delete" icon.
A confirmation popup will appear to confirm the deletion. Click on "Confirm" to proceed with the deletion.
Provide a name for the promotion link.
For IB promotional links, you can select the specific IBs who will have access to the promotional link by clicking on the "Referral Tree" icon.
This will allow you to navigate through the referral tree and choose the desired IBs to include in the promotional link's access.
You can also restrict certain clients from using this promotional link.
Click "Save" to create the promotional link.
To disable a promotional link, follow these steps:
Locate the promotional link you wish to disable and click on the "Disable" icon.
Once disabled, the promotional link will become inactive. Clients attempting to register an account via the disabled link will be notified that the promotional link is invalid, and they will be unable to proceed with the registration process.
If you need to re-enable the promotional link, simply click on the same "Disable" icon again.
After setting up the promotional links, your IBs can easily access their promotion links through the CRM Client Portal dashboard. This provides them with convenient visibility and easy management of their promotional activities.
When clients register a CRM account using a promotional link, the source of the client will be clearly indicated, displaying the name of the specific promotion link. This helps track and identify the effectiveness of each promotion link in attracting new clients.
