To disable a template, follow these steps:
Locate the template you want to disable.
Click on the "disable" icon associated with that template.
A popup notice will appear, informing you that disabling the template will prevent clients from receiving it.
Click "yes" to confirm and proceed with disabling the template.
You can configure your email settings, such as the default language and timezone. To set these settings, follow these steps:
Click on the settings icon.
Select your preferred language. The option "system default configuration" will set the language as the default for the CRM.
Choose the desired timezone.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
To set up your email provider, follow these steps:
Click "Add Email Provider".
Select your email provider.
Click on "Advanced Settings".
The advanced fields will be automatically filled in based on your selection.
You can make any necessary amendments.
Fill in the following information:
Account
Password
Sender email
Sender name
You can toggle server identity verification to enhance compatibility with a broader range of email providers.
By default, server identity verification is enabled.
To disable it, simply uncheck the option during email configuration.
To edit an email provider, follow these steps:
Locate the email provider that you wish to modify and click on the "Edit" option.
Make the necessary changes to the email provider settings.
To delete an email provider, please follow these steps:
Locate the email provider that you wish to delete and click on the delete icon.
You can also preview templates to get a visual representation of how the email or popup notification will appear to recipients, allowing you to ensure its content and formatting are correct.
To preview templates, please follow these steps:
Locate the template you want to preview.
Click on the "preview" icon associated with that template.
For email templates, a new tab will open, displaying a preview of the template.
For popup templates, the popup notification will be displayed. Click "Learn More" to view the full details of the popup notification.
Review the template and note down any necessary changes or adjustments required.
Click "Send Test Email" and enter the email address to send the test email to.
Click "Save".
Once you have finished making the amendments, click on the "Save" button to save the updated email provider configuration.
A popup notification will appear asking for confirmation. Click on the "Confirm" button to proceed with the deletion.
To edit a template, follow these steps:
Locate the template you want to edit and click the "edit" icon associated with it.
If you have multiple email providers set up, you can select the sender email from the respective email provider. This is irrelevant for popup notifications.
Adjust the subject according to your requirements.
There are several ways to edit the template:
Simple Method - Enter the content of the notification using plain text.
Simple Method - Fill in the content using HTML code.
Advanced Method - Utilize the AI Editor to compose the content. (Please refer to this section for more details: Advanced Method - AI Editor)
If you want to revert the template back to its default settings, you can click the "Reset" button.
Finally, click "Save" to confirm and save the changes made to the template.
In the Notification Settings tab, you can set up your email provider to send emails from the CRM. Additionally, you can tailor email templates for automated communication with clients and back-office users. Furthermore, you have the flexibility to customize and configure notifications within the CRM to be dispatched to specific parties. You can choose between email notifications or popup notifications within the CRM interface. This enables you to designate the appropriate individuals who will receive notifications for various events or actions, ensuring that relevant personnel can promptly attend to important matters.
Notifications in the CRM are divided into three categories:
New Approval Requests
Review of Requests
Others
You can easily switch between these categories using the top menu.
To configure a notification, please follow these steps:
Click on the "Edit" icon next to the notification you want to configure.
Select the specific parties or individuals who should receive the notification.
Choose the preferred notification method, either via email or popup.
Once you have configured the notification settings, the respective parties will receive notifications:

Click "Save" to apply the changes and update the notification settings.
In the Notification Templates tab, notifications are conveniently divided into two categories: Email Templates and Pop-Up Templates. You can easily switch between these categories using the top menu.
Both Email Templates and Popup Templates are further categorized into "To Client" and "To Admin," offering convenient filtering options. You can effortlessly switch between these categories using the top menu as well.
