The Tier Upgrade Module enables brokers to set client promotion rules and automate promotions, improving work efficiency. It offers flexibility in defining promotion criteria and automates the promotion process based on predefined conditions. This module helps streamline operations and enhances client management.
Brokers have the ability to edit, disable and delete Tier Upgrade Rules.
To modify your Tier Upgrade Settings, click on the "Edit" icon.
Any changes made to the rule will not impact clients/IBs who have already been upgraded.
If the system is currently in the settlement process, editing the tier upgrade settings will not be possible. A notification will appear, informing you that the system is undergoing settlement, and you should make the edits at a later time.
You can disable tier upgrade rules by clicking the "Disable" icon. You can renable it by clicking onto the same icon.
Once a tier upgrade rule is disabled, the system will cease to check for clients/IBs who meet the requirements. Enabling the rule again will resume the necessary checks during the settlement period.
Tier upgrade records will continue to appear in the reports even after the rule is disabled. You can still perform actions on these records, such as approving or rejecting them.
If needed, you can delete tier upgrade rules by clicking the "Delete" icon.
Deleting the rule will not affect the records in the tier upgrade reports. They will remain intact.
The Tier Upgrade Reports are divided into two types:
Auto Upgrade Report: This report displays all clients/IBs who have met the auto upgrade requirements. It provides a comprehensive view of the status of tier upgrades that have been completed.
Manual Upgrade Report: This report includes all clients/IBs who have met the manual upgrade requirements. Brokers can use this report to closely monitor each client/IB and approve or reject the tier upgrades.
Brokers can navigate between the 2 reports via the dropdown list:
When a client/IB meets the criteria for tier upgrade, the system automatically upgrades their tier to the respective tier during the designated settlement time.
The auto upgrade report displays all clients/IBs who are eligible for tier upgrade and the tier upgrade status.
The available statuses for tier upgrades are as follows:
Success: The client/IB has been promoted successfully.
Fail: The client/IB has not been promoted successfully.
In case of failed records, brokers have the option to manually upgrade or reject the upgrade request by selecting the record and clicking "Upgrade" or "Reject."
Possible reasons for failure include:
The client's/IB's original tier is higher than the new tier, which may occur if the broker manually upgraded the client's/IB's tier before the system's automatic upgrade.
The client's rank has been changed.
Rejected: The broker has rejected the client's/IB's promotion request.
Expired: The client's/IB's promotion record represents old data from a previous settlement date. When a new record is updated in the report, the old data becomes expired. Expired records cannot be upgraded or rejected.

(For more details, please refer to this section for more details: Role Management).
Navigate to Tier Upgrade > Tier Upgrade Settings.
Click "New".
Fill in the Rule Name.
Choose the Upgrade Method:
Auto Upgrade - Clients/IBs will be automatically upgraded to the next tier once they meet the specified criteria.
Manual Upgrade - Clients/IBs meeting the criteria will be listed in the Tier Upgrade Report, and you will manually approve or reject the tier upgrade.
Select the Upgrade Target - Specify whether this rule applies to Traders only, IBs only, or both.
Choose the Rank to which this rule will be applicable. Please note that only one rank can be selected for Tier Upgrade rule, and each rank can have only one Tier Upgrade rule set up.
After selecting the Rank, a table will be displayed showing the tiers associated with that Rank. You will need to fill in the tier upgrade criteria for each tier.
The tiers will be listed in ascending order, starting from the lowest tier (first row) to the highest tier (last row).
Downline Total Deposits (including indirect downlines):
Set the total deposit requirement here, which includes deposits made by indirect downlines.
Various currencies will be displayed based on the base currencies configured for your trading accounts.
You can set different deposit requirements for each currency.
Minimum Deposit for each Branch (including indirect downlines):
Set the minimum deposit for each downline branch here.
The minimum deposit set here cannot exceed the downline total deposits.
If you have multiple currencies, you will need to set the relationship between them. This setting determines how the criteria will be applied. Options available are:
"And" - The criteria will require meeting the deposit requirement for each currency. For example: USD deposit requirement: $50 EUR deposit requirement: $100 Clients/IBs will need to deposit $50 in USD and $100 in EUR to meet the tier upgrade criteria.
"Or" - The criteria will require meeting the deposit requirement for any currency. For example: USD deposit requirement: $50 EUR deposit requirement: $100 Clients/IBs will need to deposit either $50 in USD or $100 in EUR to meet the tier upgrade criteria.
Select Deposit Type:
By default, the "Deposit Request" option will be selected, and no other options are available.
This means that the tier upgrade function will only consider client deposit requests that have been approved.
Any manual deposit entries made by you will not be taken into consideration.
Set the Settlement Time:
The CRM system performs weekly settlements on Sundays to identify clients/IBs who have met the tier upgrade criteria.
Clients/IBs who meet the criteria will be displayed in the Tier Upgrade Report.
You need to set the Settlement Time Zone and Time here. The system will initiate the settlement process at this specified time, and it may take a few minutes for the tier upgrade records to appear in the reports.
Click "Save" once you have filled in the required fields to save the configuration.
You will be redirected to the Tier Upgrade details page. Click "Obtain" to proceed with installation.
Downline Branches: This refers to the number of downline branches you wish to consider for the tier upgrade. In this case, there are 2 downline branches.
