To edit the settings of a trading platform, follow these steps:
Locate the trading platform you want to edit and click the "Edit" icon.
Select the "Edit" option from the menu that appears.
Modify the following:
Server name: This is the name that will be displayed to clients for this trading platform.
Account start and account end: Customize the range of trading account numbers allowed for this platform.
Maximum number of trading accounts per client: Set the maximum number of trading accounts a client can have on this platform.
Leverages: Define the leverage options available for this trading platform.
Send Reports by Default: Enabling this option ensures that the "Send Report" function is automatically activated for all newly created trading accounts.
Enable Expert Advisors (EA) by Default: Enabling this option ensures that EA is enabled by default for all newly created trading accounts. This function is applicable to MT5 only.
Automatically sync data to trading platform: Choose the data you want to synchronize from the CRM to the trading platform.
Client Groups with Server Access: Select the Client Groups that will have access to the trading server, enabling efficient management, assignment and where applicable, segregation of account openings across multiple servers.
Once you have made the desired changes, click on the "Save" button to save your modifications.
The server name for each trading platform will be displayed in the accounts dashboard of the CRM Client portal.
The server name will also be displayed in the drop-down list when clients or users are retrieving trading reports and selecting the trading platform.
Enabling "Send Report by Default" means that when reviewing open account requests, the "Send Report" option will automatically display as "Yes" by default. This eliminates the need for manual adjustment, streamlining the process for you.
If you have configured specific client groups that have access to the trading server:
The leverages set for the trading platform will also determine the leverage options available when creating account types.
When setting up account types, only the assigned client groups will be displayed when you click on the trading server.
When submitting an account creation request, clients will only see the trading servers they have access to and the account types you have configured respectively.
